Returning Damaged or Defective or Incorrectly shippied Items Despite our best efforts, product damages occasionally occur during packaging in our warehouse or in transit. In rarer cases, defective or incorrect product shipments also occur. Always inspect the exterior carton BEFORE cutting the packing tape(s).Damages during transit are easily spotted BEFORE opening the package and a photo (preferably digital) MUST be taken and emailed to us; we' ll advise you about contacting the carrier. We will replace you for a) damage of our INSIDE packaging (provided the exterior Carton packaging is intact) or b)defective/incorrect product which are sent to you, provided you assist in documenting such damages/defects without undue delay (within 2 days of receipt). Damages : If the item was delivered to you insured (e.g. Fedex Ground insures upto $100) and you find that the item(s) was (were) damaged in transit, you are expected to contact us immediately via email so that we may begin to process the appropriate claim with the respective shipping agent. If you discard the item(s) and/or to fail to take a photo and , we will not be able to replace your damaged item. YOU MUST ALSO CONTACT THE CARRIER (usually Fedex) AND MAKE A CLAIM. Most carriers will only accept a claim made by the recipient, not by us, the shipper. We will not be able to replace the damaged items if you do not file an insurance claim (if delivered to you insured), or discard the damaged product BEFORE we confirm receiving a photo.
